Epoxy dual-anti-corrosion powder coating for underground coal mines

  • Commodity name: Epoxy dual-anti-corrosion powder coating for underground coal mines
  • Product Description
  • Product Features
    1. Excellent adhesion to the substrate, with adhesion reaching level 2.
    2. The coating has good conductivity, effectively eliminating surface charge accumulation.
    3. An anti-electric field is formed between the coating and the metal interface, shielding electron transfer and protecting the metal.
    4. The coating has excellent high-temperature cathodic disbondment resistance.
    5. It has extremely strong anti-corrosion ability, chemical resistance, and solvent resistance.
    6. Good mechanical properties, extremely strong flexibility; the coating remains intact after cutting and grooving.
    7. Excellent anti-static, flame retardant, and smoke suppression properties.

Implementation Standard: MT 181-2012/T 16906-97 etc.
Application Areas: Anti-static and flame-retardant applications for gas ventilation and extraction pipelines in underground coal mines
Applicable Processes: Electrostatic spraying, dipping, rolling, etc.
    Precautions:
      1. The steel pipe surface should be free of oil stains, loose rust, and moisture; the surface treatment quality should reach Sa2 1/2 grade (GB/T8923); the anchor pattern depth should be 50-90mm; dust and abrasives attached to the steel pipe surface should be cleaned by blowing; preheating: the steel pipe surface temperature should be controlled at 160-200℃, not exceeding 230℃.
      2. Unused powder should be stored in a ventilated, dry room with a temperature below 40℃, away from heat sources, corrosive chemicals and chemical solvents, and avoid strong light irradiation; the maximum stacking height should not exceed 4 layers; avoid long-term pressure, ensure the packaging box is sealed to prevent agglomeration and moisture, affecting the coating performance.
      3. In order to maximize the anti-corrosion effect of the epoxy coating, the coated steel pipe needs to be secondary heat cured.
