Powder coating for valve corrosion protection

  • Commodity name: Powder coating for valve corrosion protection
  • Product Description
  • Product Features
    1. Excellent adhesion, impact resistance, and surface scratch resistance. Damage will not occur during normal valve handling and collisions.
    2. Baking conditions: 160℃/15-20min or 180℃/10min. This powder has the characteristic of low-temperature curing, which can improve spraying efficiency and energy saving compared with general powder coatings requiring 180℃/15-20min curing.
    3. The high-gloss powder coating used for valves not only has high gloss and good leveling, but also no sagging, good hiding power, and good edge coverage. The spraying thickness is around 100μm.
    4. Effectively solves the problem of defoaming for cast iron valves.
    5. By adjusting the powder particle size and introducing new materials into the formula, the Faraday effect is overcome to a certain extent, making the powder application better and the spraying area larger.
    6. Various gloss and textured powder coatings can also be made according to customer requirements.
