    Application Areas: Widely used in bridges, ports, airports, buildings, basements, high-speed railways, etc.
    Applicable Process: Electrostatic Spraying
    Precautions:
      1. Remove the oxide scale from the surface of the steel bar to reveal the original metal color; the surface roughness of the steel bar must meet the standard, preferably 50-70mm; the derusting grade reaches Sa2 1/2 (GB/T8923), and there are no chlorides or other attachments on the surface of the steel bar. Preheat: The temperature should be controlled at 220-245℃.
      2. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry room with a temperature below 27℃, away from heat sources, corrosive chemicals and chemical solvents, and avoid strong light; the maximum stacking height should not exceed 4 layers; avoid long-term pressure, ensure that the packaging box is sealed to prevent agglomeration and moisture, affecting the fluidization performance.
      3. Because this product has extremely high reactivity, it is recommended that the storage period be within 3 months at 27℃. If used beyond the storage period, its performance needs to be verified in advance.
